50 years later...

Robert Wright, retired after 26 years of teaching at King City Secondary School, had the opportunity to grab lunch with three members of the Crooked Little House gang on September 25th at the Crow's Nest Pub in Newmarket.   Rob, was a visitor to the Crooked Little House all those years ago and even though teaching in King City and living in Aurora for such a long time, only recently made contact with Carl Harrison, who put this quickie lunch together.   John Dew, who was accompanying his sweetie, Sheila, to an appointment at Southlake Hospital, was the catalyst for the hasty get-together.   As luck would have it, hospital scheduling dragged John away, to pick up Sheila, before Rob arrived at the pub. Rob will likely attend the next Crooked Little House luncheon, which John Dew has suggested be in mid-to-late October.   Details to follow.
